This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away off the main road, giving it a secluded and quaint feel. The staff here are fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always willing to provide advice about the local area. The rooms, some with stunning coastal views and a terrace, are clean and comfortable. The breakfast, served with a view above the bay, is a great way to start the day.
All was fine during my stay, no complaints at all.

The location is excellent, very close to porto cervo and minutes from the best beaches in the area. The view of the hotel is unbeatable, the staff very friendly and super attentive!
hotel is very old, with a 70s/80s look it would need a remodeling, air conditioning was cut off at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night and I had to ask them to restart it but it never got completely cold and you could hardly sleep, breakfast is poor, shower is very small. It's like going back to the 80s in a second. I warned that I was going on a honeymoon and nothing, not a single detail. It is an option with reasonable prices for the area but for the benefits of the hotel is a little expensive. All of the above is made up for by the good vibes of the staff, location and view but they could invest a little and go from a hotel that approves with the minimum to a great hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were absolutely fantastic - accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with local advice. They made us feel right at home. Secondly, the location was perfect, with stunning coastal views and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the option of a terrace to enjoy the amazing scenery. Lastly, the breakfast offered a great variety of food and had a lovely view above the bay of Cala di Volpe. I couldn't have asked for a better start to the day.
No major issues - everything was satisfactory.

You do need a car to go anywhere in this area. The A/C was a bit so-so as well.

Great location for the best beaches and lovely views from the hotel. Friendly reception staff.
The waiter at breakfast accused my wife of stealing 3 nectarines to take to the beach. They were actually for her and our 2 children to eat at the table. She was not impressed.
